Product Introduction
The product is a three phase prepaid electricity meter with STS standard compliant, integrated keypad type, low credit alarm.The integrated keypad is offered to enter recharge TOKEN and check information by short codes.Stronpay water vending software could be integrated to local mobile money payment platform like M-PESA,Alipay,MTN,Airtel, etc.So users can top up PAYGO water by mobile money without leaving the house. Pay as you go function and excellent anti-tamper feature like Magnetic field protection to help utilities for revenue electricity protection and consumer management. Customer Interface Unit (CIu) is offered to enter recharge tokens and information by short codes.
Application
1. Prepaid meters are cost-effective solutions to sustainable water management in that they have a low cost of acquisition and, by curbing water usage; capital recovery is possible within months. The systems are also able to distribute water equally, based on free water quotas, water balancing and fluctuating demand.
2.Aside from their ability to alert municipalities to leaks, prepaid water meters also drastically reduce government’s admin costs. This is because municipalities don’t need to chase bad debts or budget for legal fees on unpaid accounts. Public sector cash flow is immediately improved.
3.Collecting data from prepaid meters is also more efficient than the manual collection required for post-paid meters. A radio link receiver can be fixed, vehicle-mounted, or carried by municipality personnel
4. Prepaid metering reduces admin to a minimum, while removing the risk and frustration of late or non-payment of water bills. This is why housing estates are swiftly moving to prepaid water, as they did with prepaid electricity. Gone are the days of splitting the entire estate’s water bill by the number of units.

Electricity Purchase
●.Please go to the local selling water business hall.To provide operator meter ID number (lD number printed on the water meter).Tell the operator how much you want to buy and prepay.On the receipt, you can get a printed TOKEN "20(Digits)
●By the third party platform or local mobile payment with API.API is application program interface, which is the agreement connecting the third party APP and our Stronpay vending software.If utility is remote for users to go,they can use the third party APP to recharge where they can receive the TOKEN by SMS and then input TOKEN to complete the recharge.
